Adrian Basham

Rev. Adrian Basham “Rev”, of River Rouge was born on June 9th, 1935 in Salyersville, KY passed away June 14th, 2021 peacefully at home with his family in Monroe, MI at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Ramona Basham, Loving Father to: James (Debbie) Basham, Regina (Ralph Browning) Marks, Melinda Chapman, Virgil (Wanda) Basham, Elizabeth (Alberto) Ruiz, Ginny (Jimmy) Holloway, the late James Kenneth Teal, Robert (Violet) Teal, Johnathan Teal. Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren and 1 sister Pamela (the late Richard) Griffith. In addition to his Wife and Son, he was proceeded in death by his 2 Granddaughters, Parents: Clarence and Virgie Basham, 7 brothers and 1 sister. Adrian worked 33 yrs. 9mths at National Steel (Zug Island) where he retired. He enjoyed hunting fishing and camping and loved to travel. Going home memorial service will be held Friday, June 18th at 4:00 pm. Procession line up will begin at 3:50 pm at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery, 32163 W. Huron River Drive Flat Rock, MI 48134. All that knew him are welcome to honor his memory with the family. Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses
