Andrew James Krischak, 37, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2023.
Andrew was born on March 20, 1985, to Keith and Debra Krischak in Point Place.
Andrew loved spending time with family, fishing on the lake, playing pool, boating and overall enjoying the outdoors with his beloved companion Jazmine, his dog of 17 years.
Andrew was preceded in death by his father Keith Krischak, His grandparents Rita & Al Buck, Grandfather Donald Krischak and his Uncle Ken Krischak.
He is survived by his daughters Madison & Adison, Mother Debra Krischak (Oscar), Sister Rebecca Hall (Audrey), Brother-In-Law Michael Hall, Nephew Zachary (Santiago) Hall, Nephew Jacob Hall (Donovin), Niece Courtney Hall, Grandmother Annalee Krischak, Aunt Tammy (Gus) Aguilar, Aunt Janet (Mark) Porter, Uncle Kevin Krischak and various cousins.
There will be no formal service at the request of our beloved one. Donations and contributions can be made to Mental Health of America.
