Carl W. Jasin, 88, of Lambertville, MI, formerly of Point Place, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2023. He was born June 13, 1934, in Toledo OH to the late Theodore and Hellen Jasin. Carl worked as a Health Inspector for the City of Toledo for over 30 years retiring in 1984. He was a long-time member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and was active in the Knights Of Columbus, Boy Scout Troop 136 and served on the Church’s Funeral Lunch Program for many years. Carl enjoyed wintering in Florida with his loving wife of 59 years, Mary. To those that really knew him, Carl was a generous and caring individual, always willing to lend a hand. Carl was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary, his daughter Mannette Kessler (2013); and his brother, David R. Jasin, Sr. Surviving are his sons, Mark and Christopher (Lynn) Jasin; sister, Michelle Jones; son-in-law, Mike Kessler; grandchildren, Ann Marie (Bill) Hayes, Scott Jasin, Jasin (Holly) Kessler, Erin (Joe) Bajas, and Austin Jasin; great-grandchildren, Chris, Laura, Jeffery, Madelyn and Lincoln.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 27th beginning at 9:30am at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, 5153 N. Summit St., Toledo, OH 43611 with the Funeral Mass beginning at 10:00 am, officiated by Fr. James Morman. Interment is private.
