Obituary
Charles Jr was born in Valdosta, GA to the parents of Charlie James and Lula B. Freelove. Mr. Freelove died at home in Toledo, Ohio. Formerly, he was employed by Owens Illinois before enlisting in the USAF. Mr. Freelove attended Ohio State University. He later graduated from the University of Toledo in 1989 with a degree in Political Science.
Charles, better known to his family as "Junior" loved movies, concerts and playing the saxophone. One of his favorite singing groups was the Temptations. As a young boy, he loved playing the lead singer, David Ruffin.
Charles Jr was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr, Lula B and brother, Israel. He is survived by 4 siblings: Mary Helen, Sandra Kay, Carla and Michael, three nieces: Michelle (Andre), Jamie and Jasmine, four great nieces, 3 great nephews, and 1 great, great nephew on the way.
