Diane M (Labbruzzo) Greer

Diane M. Greer, age 80, passed away peacefully on May 5th, 2023, surrounded by her loving family and friends. 

Diane was born in Youngstown, Ohio on May 30, 1942. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and George Labbruzzo, and her sister Carol Wells. 

Above all, she loved God, her family, friends, and those who served and protected the country she faithfully honored and supported.  Her t-shirt collection dedicated to God and country made this obvious.

In her teenage years, she moved to Toledo.  She spent her 30-year career at Jeep Corporation where she made many lifetime friends. She had various positions over the years, including working on the line, union steward, and her favorite position, driving a forklift. 

Diane was a faithful member of the Toledo Church of Christ where she was baptized September 19th, 2001.  She loved her family in the church and enjoyed being part of the “Prime Timers”. She was best known for her famous baked beans and beautiful cakes.  She even had her own personal cake taster (her son Michael) who left a note confirming each cake was safe to eat. 

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children: G. Michael (Jodi) Bursztynski, Angel (Matt) DeLory, Stacy (Tim) Skeldon, Bobby (Tracy) Domanski, grandchildren: Casey (Dustin), Corey (Brandon), Cara, Miriah (Cody), Andrew, James-Michael (Ben), Brandon (Hilary), Heather, Amber (Josh), Corey (Cassie), Marisa, great grandchildren: Bailey, Ezra, Averi, Tori, Maurice, Sade,  Ava, Jax, Logan, Luna, and her brother Michael (Lisa) Labbruzzo, and her Sister Donna (John) Carroll as well as many, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be 5/13/2023 at 10:00 AM with the Toledo Church of Christ inside the Discovery Center at 2740 Central Ave Toledo Ohio 43606.

The family would like to thank Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, Toledo Hospital and Ohio Living Hospice Care for their loving care and compassion shown to the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Toledo Church of Christ (Toledo Church of Christ), Ohio Living Hospice (Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice-Home Health & Hospice) or Veterans Affairs (Gifts to the US Department of Veterans Affairs - Office of General Counsel (va.gov)).
