Judy Liedel Obituary

Judy R. Liedel, 75, of Monroe, died on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Promedica Monroe Skilled Nursing/Rehab. Born July 8, 1945, in Dayton, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Shirley "Red" and Elizabeth "Billie" Banks of Maybee. She married Dennis D. Liedel on February 22, 1964, in Carleton, MI. He preceded her in death in 1998. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, bowling, going to the casinos with her best friend/sister-in-law, Sandie, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are her two sons Brian (Kimberly) of Monroe, Bradley (Melissa) of Wyandotte, three daughters, Paula Liedel of Jackson, Mrs. Michael (Denise) Roberts and Mrs. James (Sheila) Schoonover all of Monroe; one sister, Joan Jester, of Monroe; one brother, Ronald Reed, and 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Joyce Meyers, and brother, Robert Reed. Cremation has taken place with graveside burial to be held at a later date.
